From Stephen King’s ‘The Dark Tower III: The Wastelands’. Oy is a sort of 1/2 racoon 1/2 terrier that has limited speaking ability. Like a parrot, billybumblers can mimic almost any sound, though wheather their speech is actual communication has never been proven. Oy joins the Ka-Tet of 19 and 99 in book 3 of the Dark Tower Series and stays till the end. This is a graphite in my pocket sketch book. The eye was colored in photoshop.
